When you contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, or email, we collect: your name, email address, travel dates, destination preferences, number of travellers, and any additional details you choose to share. We do not collect payment information, identity documents, or sensitive personal data.

We use your information solely to: (1) provide personalised hotel recommendations and booking assistance, (2) communicate with you about your travel plans, and (3) process bookings through our partner hotel programs. We share your booking details with hotels and Fora Travel only as necessary to complete your reservation and secure your perks. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
