Service description

Your Travel Concierge provides complimentary hotel booking advisory services. We assist clients in selecting and booking luxury hotel accommodations through preferred-partner programs that offer additional perks. Our service is commission-based: hotels pay us directly; clients pay no fees.

Advisor affiliation

Chang Peng Lua ("CP") operates as an independent advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. (CST #2161654-40), a registered seller of travel in the United States. Bookings are processed through Fora Travel's systems and are subject to Fora Travel's terms and conditions.

Perks and availability

Preferred-partner perks (room upgrades, breakfast, property credits, early/late checkout) are subject to availability and the specific terms of each hotel program at the time of booking. Room upgrades are provided at check-in subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Credit amounts and specific benefits vary by property and program.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and modification policies follow the hotel's standard terms for the rate booked. We will clearly communicate the cancellation policy before you confirm any reservation. We are not liable for penalties incurred from cancellations made within the hotel's penalty period.

Limitation of liability

Your Travel Concierge acts as an intermediary between clients and hotels. We are not liable for: hotel service quality, changes to hotel policies, force majeure events, or any losses arising from the hotel's failure to honour confirmed perks. Our maximum liability is limited to the commission earned on the affected booking.

Intellectual property

All content on travelconcierge.vip, including text, design, and branding, is the property of Your Travel Concierge unless otherwise noted. Hotel brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners.
